We contacted Beerman for an erosion control project that was badly needed for my home. With the weather these days, whenever it rains, it’s trying to tear your house down. And we had a lot of wash out happening. He came over, we walked the land, chatted and he came up with a solution. We scheduled and he showed up early and got right to it. We reached out to Bill Beerman after seeing some of his other work and appreciated his love and knowledge of plants. "I saw some of his work in my neighborhood and called him. He responded quickly and set up a time to come look at our yard and discuss what we wanted done. "I specifically chose to wait a bit of time before posting this review, since I wanted to give Beerman & Sons hardscaping a true test run. I am happy to report that it has exceeded our expectations both in the finished product and in overall functionality. We chose Bill Beerman to re-do our front walkway and create a back patio/grill area after we noticed his hardscaping work done on another neighbor's house. The finished product was stunning and off that factor alone, we had Bill come out and quote us on the job. My husband and I don't know a thing about creating an outdoor patio space (Pro Tip - take a look at his social media accounts for inspiration, they are great), so we recognized we needed someone who wasn't just an installer, but someone who could design a functional outdoor space. Bill did exactly that. With his fancy drone he took photos of the backyard and sent us renderings and a quote within a week. His price was extremely competitive compared to the other company we looked at, who was providing less of a design service. A week before the project was set to begin, we realized we got a little too ambitious with our asks and that the space was too large. So we called up Bill and asked for him to take another look at the design and how we could get back more grass. Within a day Bill reworked the space, scaled it back, and we had our revised gameplan. Speaking specifically about the Beerman & Sons team, this was the BEST installer we have ever had work on our home. His team is incredible. Friendly, professional, and most importantly respectful to our home and family. It was a pleasure to have them around! Not to mention, they are truly masters of their craft. They take pride in their work, and it shows. The project was completed on time, with no issues. It has now been two months of us utilizing the space and we still don't have one complaint. It fits all our new patio furniture perfectly, functions wonderfully and is a relaxing space for us to spend time outdoors with our young daughter. Overall Beerman & Sons is a no stress, no games, good ol' fashioned customer service-based family owned business. We have already recommended them to multiple family friends, and can't wait to support them with more projects in the future. Oh and I forgot to mention, Bill is a Penn State Landscaping Architecture Alumni... no wonder his work is so good... :)"

"Great during planning and bidding process: Bill and I spent a lot of time communicating back and forth, talking about several projects I wanted to do in my front yard. He even negotiated down his prices for one of the jobs to beat another company and gave useful recommendations along the way. Very flexible with scheduling: Bill was very flexible with scheduling and communicating when he was working through delays with other jobs. When his crew was ready to start work, I was leaving for a family vacation and asked him to delay an extra week so I could ensure I was back and able to keep up with watering for the new shrubs. Bill accommodated without complaint. Completing the job: His crew was always on time and worked carefully to complete multiple projects. They were at my home during the hottest week of the summer…Never complained, never left trash, always cleaned up at the end of the day. Very professional. Bill was always out there working hard with a smile on his face and a friendly attitude. Envy of the Neighborhood: The mailbox project was a really important detail of the job. Bill took the time to understand what I was looking for and took his time when building the mailbox to make sure every detail was addressed. As the customer I brought the vision of the mailbox and bill applied his craft to bring it to life. After bill and his crew left neighbors were knocking on my door asking who did the mailbox."
