Beerman & Sons Landscaping
Beerman & Sons Landscaping provides a wide range of landscaping and hardscaping services as outlined in written estimates or contracts.
For projects over $500, a written contract will be provided and will include:
• Description of work
• Total cost
• Estimated start and completion dates
• Contractor business information
• Estimates are based on visible site conditions
• Additional work requires approval and may result in added cost
• Pricing may change if project scope changes
• Payment terms will be outlined in your contract
• Deposits will comply with New Jersey law and will not exceed legally permitted limits
• Late payments may incur fees or service suspension
• Services are scheduled based on availability
• Weather, supply shortages, and unforeseen conditions may delay work
• We will communicate any delays promptly
Customers must:
• Provide safe and clear access to work areas
• Remove obstacles and pet waste
• Secure pets
We are not responsible for delays due to restricted access.
Customers are responsible for ensuring private utilities are marked prior to work. We are
not liable for damage to private unmarked lines. We will call in a utility mark out for public utilities.
• We are insured and take reasonable care while performing services
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage
• Claims must be reported within 48 hours
• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
We do not guarantee:
• Plant survival due to client watering or maintenance techniques, weather, pests, or soil conditions
No warranties are provided unless explicitly stated in writing.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for:
• Non-payment
• Unsafe working conditions
• Harassment or inappropriate behavior
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
